A 3000-watt fiber laser, a shuttle bed, and no queue behind three other customers.
The HK PS3015 runs a 5′×10′ shuttle bed and cuts up to 5/8″ steel. It cuts our own panels, shelves and brackets every day, which means it is maintained like production equipment rather than rented capacity.
Capability
The machine that makes everything else on this site possible.
Every Megawall panel, shelf and bracket starts as a blank off this machine. That matters when you are evaluating us as a contract fabricator: the laser is not a service line bolted onto the business, it is the front of our own production, so it is running, maintained and understood.
A shuttle bed means one table is being loaded while the other is cutting, which is where the throughput on repeat production comes from. Dynamic motion control and quick piercing matter most on parts with a lot of internal features — exactly the kind of perforated and slotted work retail fixtures are full of.
Single-part prototyping through large-scale production. A one-off is a normal job.

What to send us
The four things that let us quote properly.
Material and thickness
Tell us both. Cutting capacity is stated for steel; send the alloy and gauge and we will confirm against the current setup rather than guess.
Quantity and repeat
A one-off and a repeating production part get nested and scheduled differently. Say which it is, even if the answer is "one now, maybe thousands later".
File or drawing
A CAD file is ideal. A dimensioned sketch works. An existing physical part works too — our engineering can draw from it.
What happens after cutting
If the part gets formed, welded, finished and assembled, say so upfront. All of that is available here, and knowing the full route changes how we cut it.

Other capabilities
Ready to start
Tell us the material, the thickness and the quantity.
That is usually enough for a feasibility answer on the same call. Drawings help; a photo of the existing part works too.
