Seasonal Merchandisers

The floor changes four times a year. The fixtures should not.

Seasonal retail punishes anything permanent and punishes anything flimsy. What you want is a fixture rigid enough to carry a peak trading period and mobile enough to be somewhere else next month.

The constraint

Reconfigure rather than reorder.

The cost of seasonal merchandising is rarely the fixture. It is buying a fixture again because the last one could not be moved, could not be adapted, or did not survive being taken apart.

Megawall floor fixtures address that directly: four frame configurations, casters available across the range, and knocked-down shipping — which also means they can be broken down and stored between seasons rather than skipped.

On the wall, the slat itself does the work. Because the panel accepts standard slatwall hooks, shelves, brackets and faceouts, a category can change completely without the wall changing at all. A seasonal reset becomes an accessory change and a fixture move.

What we would specify

Mobile fixtures, a permanent wall, and accessories that change.

The wall stays put for years; only what hangs on it should be seasonal.

Detail that matters here

What makes a seasonal floor cheap to run.

Casters on everything

Specify them at order. Retrofitting mobility later is the expensive way to discover you needed it, and the cost at order is trivial by comparison.

One wall, many categories

Standard slatwall hardware means the wall stays and the accessories change. Over 50 lbs per linear foot means peak trading does not require a different wall.

Four footprints

H-Frame for open-floor destinations, Pinwheel for tight gaps, L-Frame to anchor an aisle end, T-Frame for a two-sided run. A mixed set covers most seasonal plans.

Good to know

Common questions from seasonal merchandisers buyers

Yes — casters are available across the H, L, T and Pinwheel range, and that is the usual specification for seasonal floors. Ask for them at order; adding mobility later is the expensive route.
They ship knocked down, which means they can also be broken down for storage rather than occupying floor or being scrapped between peaks.
No, and that is the point of specifying slatwall for a seasonal floor. The panel accepts standard hooks, shelves, brackets and faceouts, so the category changes and the wall does not.
The panels are formed and welded metal rather than routed board with an insert, so repeated loading and unloading does not elongate the slat the way it does on MDF systems.
Usually a mix: H-Frames for open-floor destinations, Pinwheels for tight gaps, and L-Frames to anchor aisle ends. Send the floor plan and the reset calendar and we will suggest the mix.
Yes. Custom colour matching is done in our own plant, so a promotional colour is a scheduling decision rather than a subcontract with its own lead time.

Reset frequency is what should drive the specification — casters, frame mix and whether the fixtures need to break down for storage between seasons.
