Terms & Conditions

  1. Shipping
    • We proudly package all shipments with the upmost of care; ensuring they arrive to you ready to assemble and install.
    • All shipments are F.O.B. unless otherwise arranged. Goods will be shipped to obtain the lowest rates known to us at the time. Where shipment is requested on a prepaid basis, the freight charges can be included on the invoice, or charged separately by prearranged third party billing or “collect” directly to the consignee. Small shipments that need to be shipped via parcel service rather than LTL Freight.
  2. Payment & Terms
    • Terms are net 30 days with approved credit from date of invoice (shipping date) to all approved accounts. Or prepaid by American Express, Visa, MasterCard or check.
  3. Cancellations
    • Cancellations will not be accepted on any custom or special item orders after they are within our manufacturing process. Cancellation requests for regular items will incur a $50 charge to defray administrative costs after the order has been entered into our system.
  4. Freight Claims
    • Claims regarding “F.O.B. Origin” shipments for non-delivery, partial loss in transit, goods received in damaged condition should be made by the purchaser immediately against the carrier involved. Claims regarding “F.O.B. Destination” or “Prepaid” shipments for non-delivery, partial loss in transit, goods received in damaged condition need to be made with MegaWall. Exposed damage must be notated on the shipping documents and given to the driver at the time the shipment is received. Failure to do so may terminate the ability to file a freight claim later. Concealed damaged must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
  5. Non-Conforming Shipments
    • Claims for short shipments must be made against MegaWall INC. within ten days of receipt of shipment.
  6. Liability
    • We have no responsibility for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the purchase or use of the goods. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any delay in the performance of any order or contract or in the delivery of any goods, or for any consequential or incidental damages resulting.
