Five spacings, three styles, and a wall that counts towards LEED.
Aluminum slatwall from 1″ to 3″ on center, made from over 50% recycled content and rated past 50 lbs per linear foot. The hidden-fastener option gives a seamless 8′ run with nothing showing on the merchandising face.
Slat spacing
Spacing is a merchandising decision before it is a specification.
Closer slats mean more placement options and denser product density. Wider slats mean bigger, heavier goods and a cleaner wall. All five spacings are drawn here at the same scale.
Configuration
Not every style is offered in every spacing.
This is the availability matrix as manufactured. Pick the spacing first, then the style — the combinations below are what actually ships.
The densest spacing and the most flexible. Every style is available, which is why 1″ is also the spacing used throughout the NuPanel gondola retrofit system.
Also the basis of NuPanel retrofit, endcap and wing panels.
A flat-back-only spacing, supplied where an existing fixture programme is already set out at 1⅜″.
The designer spacing. Stronger than conventional MDF with aluminum inserts, interlocking, and available in seamless sections up to 8′ with matching edge and corner trims.
The double-sided option — used where both faces of a panel merchandise, such as an island fixture or a room divider.
Matches the steel system spacing, in hidden fastener, for heavier and bulkier merchandise on a LEED-qualifying wall.

LEED and sustainability
Over half of every panel was already aluminum.
Megawall aluminum slatwall is LEED certified and made from more than 50% recycled content. On commercial buildouts chasing certification, that distinction decides the specification before anything else does — a routed MDF system with an aluminum insert does not qualify, and the steel system does not carry the certification either.
The practical consequences are ordinary but useful: the panel wipes down, resists dust and formaldehyde, and does not swell or delaminate the way board-based systems do in humid or refrigerated environments.
